These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website operated by EcoPix Studio, including all products, services, digital content, and related communications provided by EcoPix Studio.
By accessing this website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of this website and refrain from using our services.
EcoPix Studio reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services following any changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Services
EcoPix Studio provides both digital creative services and physical products. Our services may include, but are not limited to, branding, graphic design, website design and development, social media management, marketing materials, digital content creation, printing solutions, handmade crafts, customised merchandise, and related products or services.
All services and products are provided subject to availability and acceptance by EcoPix Studio.
2. Quotations, Orders & Project Acceptance
All quotations, proposals, and estimates issued by EcoPix Studio are provided in good faith and remain valid only for the period specified within the quotation unless otherwise stated.
No project, order, or service shall be deemed confirmed until payment requirements have been satisfied and written confirmation has been received from the client where applicable.
EcoPix Studio reserves the right to refuse or decline any project, order, or request at its sole discretion.
For digital services, project timelines, delivery dates, and completion estimates are approximate and may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, revision requests, availability of required materials, and unforeseen circumstances.
Where a client fails to provide content, approvals, feedback, or required information within a reasonable timeframe, EcoPix Studio reserves the right to revise project schedules accordingly. Delays caused by the client shall not constitute a breach of contract by EcoPix Studio.
3. Payments
All prices displayed or quoted are subject to change without prior notice unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
EcoPix Studio may require advance payments, deposits, milestone payments, or full payment prior to commencement of work, production, dispatch, or final delivery.
For digital projects, ownership rights and final deliverables shall not be transferred until all outstanding invoices and fees have been settled in full.
Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of work, withholding of deliverables, cancellation of services, or termination of the agreement without liability to EcoPix Studio.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments made to EcoPix Studio are non-refundable once work has commenced, production has begun, or resources have been allocated.
4. Revisions & Scope of Work
EcoPix Studio may provide revisions where deemed reasonable and appropriate within the originally agreed project scope.
Any requests involving substantial alterations, additional functionality, redesigns, expanded deliverables, or changes beyond the agreed scope of work may incur additional fees and revised timelines.
EcoPix Studio reserves the right to determine whether requested modifications fall outside the original project scope.
Approval of concepts, proofs, mock-ups, drafts, or deliverables by the client shall constitute acceptance of that stage of work.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights relating to preliminary concepts, drafts, mock-ups, unused designs, development files, working files, source files, methodologies, and creative processes shall remain the exclusive property of EcoPix Studio.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients shall receive the rights to use the final approved deliverables for their intended commercial or personal purpose, subject to any limitations specified in writing.
EcoPix Studio reserves the right to display completed work, project samples, product imagery, and related materials within portfolios, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional content unless expressly prohibited through prior written agreement.
Clients warrant that all materials, content, trademarks, logos, images, text, and assets supplied to EcoPix Studio do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The client accepts full responsibility for any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from materials provided by the client.
6. Physical Products
Certain products sold by EcoPix Studio may be handmade, customised, printed, or produced to order. As a result, minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, finish, alignment, or appearance may naturally occur and shall not be considered defects.
Product photographs, mock-ups, previews, and digital representations displayed on the website or social media platforms are intended for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, printing methods, material differences, or production limitations.
EcoPix Studio reserves the right to modify product specifications, packaging, materials, or design elements where necessary without materially affecting the overall functionality or intended purpose of the product.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
EcoPix Studio shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier providers, customs procedures, import restrictions, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information submitted at checkout is complete and accurate. EcoPix Studio accepts no responsibility for failed deliveries, additional charges, losses, or delays arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Risk in physical goods may pass to the customer upon dispatch or delivery in accordance with applicable law.
8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced, concepts have been prepared, or resources have been allocated.
Where cancellation requests are submitted after commencement of work, EcoPix Studio reserves the right to retain payments corresponding to work completed, time spent, administrative costs, and resources allocated up to the cancellation date.
For physical products, customers must notify EcoPix Studio within a reasonable timeframe if an item is received damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, or specially commissioned items may not be eligible for returns or refunds except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds, replacements, repairs, or store credits shall be issued solely at the discretion of EcoPix Studio following review of the claim and supporting evidence.
9. Digital Deliverables & File Retention
Digital deliverables may be supplied electronically through email, cloud storage services, download links, or other digital methods determined by EcoPix Studio.
Clients are responsible for downloading, backing up, and securely storing all delivered files upon receipt.
EcoPix Studio may retain backup copies of project files for a limited period for convenience purposes only and accepts no responsibility for file loss, corruption, deletion, or recovery requests after delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source files, editable files, working files, or development assets are not automatically included within project deliverables.
10. Third-Party Services & External Platforms
Certain services may involve the use of third-party providers, platforms, software, plugins, payment gateways, hosting companies, domain registrars, social media platforms, printers, or external service providers.
EcoPix Studio shall not be liable for interruptions, downtime, pricing changes, security incidents, account suspensions, policy changes, software incompatibilities, or failures arising from third-party services beyond our direct control.
Clients acknowledge that the use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms, policies, and licensing conditions imposed by those respective providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EcoPix Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, reputational damage, loss of data, or anticipated savings.
EcoPix Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, social media growth, sales performance, or commercial success resulting from the use of our products or services.
In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of EcoPix Studio shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
12. Website Usage
Users of this website agree not to misuse the website or engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or malicious activities.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of website content, branding, graphics, text, source code, or materials without prior written consent from EcoPix Studio is strictly prohibited.
EcoPix Studio reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website or services where misuse or violations of these Terms are identified.
13. Termination
EcoPix Studio reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or terminate services, projects, communications, or customer relationships at any time where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving abusive behaviour, harassment, fraudulent conduct, non-payment, policy violations, or actions that may harm the reputation, operations, or legal interests of EcoPix Studio.
Termination shall not affect any accrued rights, outstanding fees, or obligations existing prior to termination.
14. Privacy
EcoPix Studio is committed to handling customer information responsibly and with reasonable security measures.
Personal information submitted through the website, contact forms, purchases, or communications may be used for customer support, service delivery, order processing, and operational purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
Payment transactions may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. EcoPix Studio does not knowingly store sensitive card information unless explicitly stated.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
